 Muslim Huchiev, the Mayor of Grozny, headed the working group formed to check the nature protection legislation in the city. During his inspection Huchiev has been accompanied by the heads of different Grozny districts. Huchiev declared himself dissatisfied with poor sanitary conditions of the Sunzha River’s quay. He ordered to clean out the river’s banks next few days.

 The Russian Federation president, Dmitry Medvedev, calls on the mass media to present their arguments in clearly differentiated way. “I think that the mass media must not split the people living in Russia while carrying on their antiterrorism propaganda; otherwise we’ll lost our national unity,’- Medvedev said. " It is a culture question, and I’d like our colleagues, doing very important work, pay their attention to it,”-D.Medvedev added.

 The Chechen Republic will help the Dagestan Republic to fight against terrorism. The Chechen president, Ramzan Kadyrov, stated it on Thursday at his meeting with a vice-chairman of the Russian State Duma in Makhachkala, the Dagestan Republic. " The Dagestan president has a strong, experienced command. I am sure that you will solve the problems facing your republic. We are ready to cooperate with you against extremism and terrorism. We are also ready to cooperate with you in giving our rising generation religious and moral training.

 The Russian Federation President Dmitry Medvedev has charged the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs with forming the Central Administrative Department of RF MIA for the Northern Caucasus. According to the president’s decree, the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs must form the Central Administrative Department for NCFD in three months.
