 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has discussed a number of questions about forthcoming reconstruction in Kurchaloevskiy district with Ali Abdulaev, head of the district. R.Kadyrov noted that ‘Kurchaloevskiy district must be one of the most developed districts in the Chechen Republic. The president said: “Economic and social spheres of KurchaIoevskiy district must be developed. It is necessary to develop the local agriculture, state farms and cattle-breeding farms in the district too. We’ll develop this place for the purpose of providing local people with an opportunity to find employment.”

 Alexander Khloponin has been appointed an Authorized representative in the Northern Caucasus Federal District. The appointment of Alexander Khloponin will actively promote development of economy in the region, the Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov has said at his press conference in Grozny today. ‘Alexander Khloponin gained the Russian president’s confidence; it means he can solve problems of the regions,’- he explained. “The Russian Federation president charged Khloponin with solving economic problems of the district. Khloponin is former businessman, and I am sure this appointment of Alexander Khloponin will actively promote development of economy in the region,”- Kadyrov also stated.

 ‘Development of small and middle-sized business is one of the effective ways of solving the problem of unemployment in the Chechen Republic,’- said the Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov at his meeting with members of the Chechen Republic Cabinet. The head of the republic has emphasized that ‘successful business will help to bring down unemployment’.

 The Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov held a working meeting with Sultan Mirzaev, Head of the Chechen Republic Muslim Clerics Department. Sultan Mirzaev has informed R.Kadyrov that all pilgrims, who had flied to Mecca, have returned home. S.Mirzaev said: " Over three thousand pilgrims could make a hajj this year. I’d like to thank you on the Chechen Republic Muslims’ behalf for giving such a wonderful opportunity to travel to the holy city of Mecca. You worked hard so than the first international flight from Chechnya was made to Saudi Arabia. "
