 The Chechen Republic Government launched the new programme «The Healthy way of life in the ChR, fighting against alcohol and tobacco abuse» for 2010. 4 millions and 796 thousand roubles were allocated for this programme. As it has been noted in the document, the programme was approved for the purpose of propagandizing the healthy way of life for the welfare of the nation.

 A sixty eighth session of the Chechen Republic Parliament’s Council has been held today where fourteen republican bills and federal laws’ initiatives have been debated. The members of the Chechen Republic Parliament’s Council here debated such bills as: “making corrections in the Chechen Republic Constitution”, “the state hymn of the Chechen Republic " etc.

 The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, has held a working meeting with Musa Eskerkhanov, director of “Grozneftegaz”. A question on the building of OPP (oil-processing plant) in Grozny was discussed at the meeting. Musa Eskerkhanov informed the president of the completion of the company registration. He also informed that a building project of the above-mentioned OPP had been drawn up in compliance with modern safety regulations.
