 After grand opening of the Russian Islamic University named after Sheikh Kunta-Hajji the Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov held a meeting with representatives of Muslim delegations arrived in Chechnya.R.Kadyrov thanked the quests for their attention paid to such a valuable to the Chechen Republic event.

 The Chechen teachers are henceforth to pay particular attention to education of children and their upbringing as well. The Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov stated it during his meeting with headmasters. He said that children spent a lot of time at school; that’s why teachers are responsible for their upbringing on the whole.
Ramzan Kadyrov has also noted that some parents do not pay proper attention to their children and consequently their children can be badly affected by ideology of pseudo-Islam.

 Ramzan Kadyrov has charged Chechen Muslim clerics with improving the work aimed at struggling against ideas of vahhabism and extremism. On Tuesday he held a working meeting with well-known Chechen Muslim clerics and informed them of those measures taking to struggle against ‘the rest of the gangsters’.

 During the XVIth Party conference of the UR’s ChRD the Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov has backed up Muslim Khuchiev’s candidacy (M. Khuchiev is an active Mayor of Grozny) for a post of Mayor of Grozny in the forthcoming municipal elections to the local government institutions. The candidacy has been nominated by members of the Party and delegates of the above-mentioned conference.
