 The Chechen Republic Election Committee is a winner of the Russian Federation Election Committees Competition on the excellently-organized work in the field of youth training. The Competition was held by the Russian Central Election Committee for the purpose of training the youth to protect their rights. Eighty six election committees from different Russian regions took part in this competition. There were a Gold Award, two Silver Awards, tree Bronze Awards and five Encourage Awards for the winners.

 We must pay serious attention to the question of keeping our republic clean, the Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov stated at his meeting with the Cabinet, many officials and directors of different organizations. Ramzan Kadyrov emphasized that everybody must participate in the all-republic action called ‘the month of cleanliness’. ‘Everyone should make his/her contribution to this process. Every corner of the republic must be clean for the Muslim acts of worship as the result of this public action. Each local inhabitant is responsible for obtaining predictable results,’- R.Kadyrov said.

 The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, paid the unplanned visits to many construction sites in Gudermes and carefully inspected each of them. A multi-storey complex is being built in Gudermes now. This complex has a hotel, business centre, multi-storey apartment houses etc. “Our cities and villages must be reconstructed. It is necessary for us to build the new modern projects and create the living and working conditions for our people. Each house or building in the Chechen Republic must have gas, water and electricity. We must develop our infrastructure. The architecture must please the local people too,” - R.Kadyrov said.

 The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, charged with checking up the legality of the foreigners’ long-term staying on the territory of the Chechen Republic. This question has been raised at the president’s meeting with Magomed Daudov, the vice-chairman of the Chechen Republic Government on Law Enforcement Bodies, and Ruslan Alhanov, the head of the Chechen Republic Minister of Internal Affairs.

 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov held a meeting with Sulatan Mirzaev, the head of the Chechen Republic Muslim Clerics Department, and Adam Shahidov, the director of IP center “Put’ ” (‘the Way’) named after Akhmat-Hajji Kadyrov. A question on drawing up and publishing a unitary calendar-timetable of Muslim daily acts of worship was discussed at the meeting. Kadyrov noted that there was a time difference of 15 minutes between these calendar-timetables.
