 The Chechen Republic Parliament held a working meeting and endorsed a candidate for a post of the vice-chairman of the ChR Government. The new vice-chairman’s name is Magomed Daudov, whose candidacy had been earlier put forward by the Chechen Republic president. Among those present at the meeting were the Parliament’s deputies and the Cabinet’s members.

 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has held a meeting with Murad Tagiev, the chairman of the ChR Government Committee on Youth Affairs. Tagiev reported Ramzan Kadyrov on a process of the cerebration arrangements for the International Women's Day. Tagiev said: “On March 8, ‘mass action’ will be held on the streets of cities and districts of the republic. The purpose of this ‘mass action’ is to give the Chechen women flowers and discs with president’s personal congratulations. All results of the republican contest called “The most fairy girl” will be summed up on March 8 too.”

 The Chechen Republic Government approved the republican target programme ‘Boxing Support and Development in the Chechen Republic for 2010’. This decision was reached by the head of the Chechen Cabinet Odes Baisultanov. The programme is aimed at developing the amateur and professional boxing in the republic, increasing the efficiency of sportsmen training and popularizing the boxing on the whole.

 A large memorial complex « Glory Avenue» is being erected in Grozny, Abu Sugaipov, a deputy chairman of the Chechen Government - Minister of Housing and Communal Facilities, has informed the journalist today. He has noted that builders are erecting the memorial wall of those who died in the GPW. “Building process is going on around the clock. We keep to our tight construction schedule which had been drawn up earlier. Odes Baisultanov, a chairman of the Chechen Government, is controlling the whole process,’-Sugaipov said.

 DOSAAF plans to involve the servicemen in training the Chechen youth to be the patriots, Saleh Nuradiev, the chairman of a regional branch of the All-Russian Public and State Organization ‘DOSAAF’, informed. He noted that ‘DOSAAF’ was one of the responsible organizations for battle training of citizens. “We have decided that it is necessary to begin such kind of training at schools. That’s why we think it is reasonable to revive the Russian former military-patriotic games as ‘Summer lightning’ and ‘Eaglet’ (‘Zarnitsa’, ‘Orlenok’) and also NVP at our schools. We’ll appoint the officers, recently dismissed because of the all-Russia armed forces reform, as NVP teachers at our schools,’- Nuradiev said.
