 These days the Chechen people together with Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov have been worrying so much about the boxing match of such a high level which took place for the first time in Grozny. Zaurbek Baisangurov is the intercontinental champion (WBA). Zaurbek Baisangurov was fighting against the well-known American boxer (Nigerian by birth) Eromosole Albert. This boxing match was named « The Champ Comes Home».

 Chechen members of the “UR”, an all-Russia political Party, have been charged with improving the explanatory work aimed at struggling against propagation of extremist ideas on the territory of the Chechen Republic. The Chechen Republic President stated it opening the XVIth Party conference of the UR’s ChRD.
“It is important to explain all the extremist ideology’s disastrous consequences to people by giving them concrete examples from our life. It is important to perform the explanatory work aimed at struggling against ideology of such terrorists as Said Buryatsky and others. We have great political organization; and we must know about everyone’s problems,” R.Kadyrov said.

 Youth Affairs Committee of the Chechen Government together with Republic AntiAIDS Centre continues implementing a programme on preventing HIV and AIDS from spreading. According to this programme Rashid Tepsaev, Movla Gayrakhanov and Tamara Umaeva hold a meeting with youth from Gudermessky district.

 A Chairman of the Russian Federation State Duma Security Committee Vladimir Vasilev met with Chechen Republic youth delegation at the All-Russia forum "Seliger-2009". During his meeting Vasilev said that the abolition of the counterterrorist regime on the territory of the Chechen Republic would favorably affect its social and economic development. He told that Chechen people in Tverskaya area help local people to improve friendly relations with other regions.

 The central mosque ‘Heart of the Chechen Republic’ named after Ahmat Kadyrov is the winner of ‘Project of the year 2008’ in Eurasia on the version of “FirstBusiness” international magazine. Seifulla Tyurksoy, the editor-in-chief of “FirstBusiness" magazine, informed that in Istanbul the grand awarding ceremony will be held in May of the current year. The Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov will be invited to this ceremony too. Anglo-turkish magazine " FirstBusiness ", which is well-known in more than 20 countries of the world, awards annually outstanding people for their merits in such nominations as economy, policy, management, project of the year, businessman of the year, best company of the year, etc.
