 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has issued new decree on establishing the Russian Federation Commission’s UNESCO Committee in the Chechen Republic. This Committee has been established for the purpose of maintaining integrated cooperation of the Chechen Republic with UN. The Committee’s functions are to assist the republic’s participation in all programmes and ceremonies which are held by UNESCO, to inform and consult the republic law enforcement bodies, organizations and scientists working in UNESCO’s sphere, to perform all tasks set by the Russian Commission on UNESKO etc.

 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has commented on interview which is becoming more widespread in the Internet. This interview was given by so-called Vakha Umarov who had ‘told a tale' about so-called finance for the terrorist Docku Umarov’s activity coming from Chechen government officials. Vakha Umarov is not uncomfortable about telling such a complete lie.

 Mahmud Abbas, head of the Palestine national administration (PNA), has invited the Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov to visit the country. The invitation was received at the meeting of Odes Baisultanov with Mahmud Abbas hold in Moscow. ‘I ask Ramzan Kadyrov to receive my invitation to visit Palestine. We’ll be glad to see him. I’ d like to confirm once more that we are interested in establishing friendly and economic relations with the Chechen Republic,”- Mahmud Abbas said.

 The Chechen Republic president Ramzan Kadyrov has fully appreciated the results of the meeting held today in Pyatigorsk under the leadership of Vladimir Putin, chairman of the Russian Government. According to R.Kadyrov, all problems discussed at the meeting will be solved soon. He also noted that house (residential) building in the Chechen Republic had been properly appreciated by V. Putting at the meeting. “We are so thankful for all the support we received from Federal Center. Thanks to our joint efforts, it became possible to build houses for our people and to rebuilt the Chechen capital,”- Ramzan Kadyrov said.
