 The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, has held a working meeting with Musa Eskerkhanov, director of “Grozneftegaz”. A question on the building of OPP (oil-processing plant) in Grozny was discussed at the meeting. Musa Eskerkhanov informed the president of the completion of the company registration. He also informed that a building project of the above-mentioned OPP had been drawn up in compliance with modern safety regulations.

He stated it in his interview given to “Russian News Service”. “It would be better for a non- systematized opposition to be more tolerant and stop going on marches. Anyway the opposition will have no advantage of doing it,”- R.Kadyrov said.
