 The Russian Federation Interior Minister, Rashid Nurgaliyev, arrived in the Chechen Republic. He was warmly welcomed at Grozny airport by Ramzan Kadyrov. Rashid Nurgaliyev, Ramzan Kadyrov together with colonel-general, Eugenie Vnukov, and general-lieutenant, Eugenie Zubarev, visited the commando battalion 46th of MA of RFIM. Quests checked out living and working conditions of the battalion.

 Ramzan Kadyrov sends a message of support to the Krasnodar’s governor, A.N.Tkachev. He said: “Dear Alexander Nikolayevich! There’s terrible news from Kuban last time. People died, some are missing and hundreds of houses are in water as the result of floods. The Chechen nation is sorry for tragedy in Krasnodar. I offer my condolences to you, families of victims and all kubans on your general tragic loss. I wish the flood victims good health. We know that the Krasnodar’s management is taking strong measures to stop disastrous consequences of the floods. We’ll do everything we can to help you if you need.”

 Quests and participants of the Second International Dance Festival-Competition named for Mahmud Esambaev are arriving in Grozny. This festival-competition is held by the Chechen Republic Ministry of Culture. Genai Alibey, a french dancer, is the first foreign quest of the festival-competition. Mahmud Esambaev is well known for his dancing to the whole world, Genai said today in his interview given to the press in the Grozny airport.

 The purpose of a forum is to analyze adaptation methods of the Chechens living abroad, help their integration into a socially-cultural community in those countries they are living in. Yesterday, the Arabian delegation arrived in Grozny to take part in the World Chechen Congress. The delegation was warmly welcomed at Grozny airport by Dukuvaha Abdurahmanov, Chairman of the Chechen Parliament, Shamsail Saraliev, Minister for Foreign Affairs, National Policy, Press and Information, his assistant- Kazbek Ahmadov and others.
