 The chairman of the Chechen Republic Parliament D. B. Abdurahmanov said: “Dear Ramzan Ahmatovich! The Chechen Republic ended its statehood forming process yesterday, on October 11th, 2009, at 8 o'clock in the evening. As is known, it was very difficult way. We are proud of all heroic deeds of Ahmat-Hajji Kadyrov who became the first peacemaker in the Chechen Republic.

 Anti-terrorist operation is being performed in many Chechen districts. They are: Dattyh, Chemulga, Alkun and Nesterovckaya (Ingushetia). The Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov stated: “I was informed that six terrorists had been killed. The rest of the terrorists still try to hide in the forest. This territory was blocked and officers are combing it now. According to my knowledge, the total number of the group of terrorists is nearly 10-12 men.”

 The Head of RCEC Vladimir Churov and the head of Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev properly appreciated preparations of the Chechen Republic for the municipal election which will be held on October 11th. The Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov and quests visited one of the electoral sites in Grozny today. Here they answered journalists’ questions.
