 “Policy of the Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov bears a resemblance to the Russian tsar-reformer Peter the Great,” Sergey Belokonev, a vice-chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Russian Federation State Duma, said during his meeting with Chechen delegation at the All-Russia forum "Seliger-2009".
“The Chechen Republic shows the whole country new ways of resolving modern problems of Russia. I think we must adopt methods of the Chechen Leadership and Chechen youth which they employ struggling against extremism and improving friendly relations with other Russian regions,” Sergey Belokonev noted. Sergey Belokonev added that visit of Ramzan Kadyrov to a forum in 2006 made a favourable impression on youth thus allowing them to be well-informed about all the positive changes occurring in the Chechen Republic. www.chechnyatoday.com |
