 The Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov together with his wife Medni visited Fashion and Design Studio “Laura and Medni”, which is being built in Grozny. The studio was named after Chechen sisters-designers – the Arzhievs. They will head the studio. The Arzhievs were taught by the Russian outstanding designer, Professor Vyacheslav Zaitsev.
“Fashion and Design Studio “Laura and Medni” will be one of the largest studios in the Southern Federal district,”- a designer Alikhan Mezhidov informed. The Chechen President R.Kadyrov has already familiarized himself with progress of work. “Opening of the design studio is the important step in developing our republic. Moreover, this studio can propagandize the Chechen national clothes. Besides it, I’m glad that new service industries and jobs will appear in the republic. It is important for Chechen governing bodies,”- the President R.Kadyrov said. |
