 The Russian Federation President Dmitry Medvedev has charged the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs with forming the Central Administrative Department of RF MIA for the Northern Caucasus. According to the president’s decree, the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs must form the Central Administrative Department for NCFD in three months.
We’d like remind you that the Russian president Dmitry Medvedev issued two decrees on January19, 2010. Formation of NCFD (Pyatigorsk is its capital) was the first decree. NCFD includes: Dagestan Republic, Ingushetia Republic, Karachaevo-Circassia, Chechen Republic, Kabardino-Balkaria, Northern Ossetia-Alania and Stavropol Territory. Alexander Khloponin’s appointment as government’s vice-chairman and RF president’s representative in NCFD was the second one. www.ChechnyaTODAY.com |
