 The chairman of the Chechen Republic Government, Odes Bajsultanov, has signed a document that will provide new flats for employees of Housing and Communal Facilities (HCF). This document aims to provide better living conditions. According to the document, an accepted norm of living space is 15 sq. meters. Two tenement-houses on B.-Hmelnitskogo Street are given for this purpose. Hundreds new flats will be occupied.
