Zavodskoy district court of law came to a decision that an article «Chechen Republic» printed in «Big encyclopedia» of " Terra " Publishing House was an extremist one. This decision of the Chechen court of law is another victory of the Chechen people and it shows that the Russian judicial works very well and protects the human rights. We’d like to note that the case was brought to the court by the Chechen Republic’s human rights ombudsman, Nurdi Nuhazhiev, together with the Chechen Prosecutor’s Office.
Abdulla Arsanukaev, a director of the Education Problems Institute of the Chechen Republic Education and Since Ministry, was the first man who had read the scandal article in Chechnya; he understood that this article was the serious human rights abuse and infringement of the Chechen nation’s rights as a whole. Besides it, 58th edition of “Big encyclopedia” is the falsification of the national history.Publishing House “Terra” put out 62 editions of “Big encyclopedia” in 2006. 150 copies of “Big encyclopedia” were printed in Germany. These 62 editions include 60 thousand articles written by the well known scientists of the Russian Science Academy. - Of course, I’d have been very pleased if this case had been brought to the court of law in 2006. Better later than never,”- Abdulla Arsanukaev said. |
