Ramzan Kadyrov's popularity rating

The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, takes his usual place in the rating called « Politicians through the mass media’s eyes ». “News time” newspaper and “Medialogy” company work on this rating and its results. The rating includes those politicians whose activity has been discussed the most by the federal press and central TV within a period from March 9 to April 9, 2010. R.Kadyrov's activity has been properly appreciated by the central mass media; he takes second place in the rating “Politicians through the mass media’s eyes”. Jury Luzhkov, the Mayor of Moscow, takes first place in it. Besides it, R.Kadyrov takes seventh place in the rating of favoured nation treatment. According to “News time” reports, recent meeting of Ramzan Kadyrov with Alexander Khloponin, an authorized representative of the RF president, has been discussed the most within the above-mentioned period of time.  Notes: the rating « Politicians through the mass media’s eyes » includes region heads, State Duma deputies and ministers.
