 Ramzan Kadyrov stated today: “Yesterday an attack was carried out by terrorists in Stavropol city. There are a number of innocent victims of this terrorists’ attack. It goes without saying that enemies of Russia are doing their work. I am completely sure that the law enforcement agencies must try their best to find out who are guilty.
However, just the one police will not be able to defeat and resist “the whole world” of terrorism and kidnapping.All we should revolt against those who have neither honour, nor conscience, neither Fatherland, nor religion. We felt a tremendous sense of Stavropol loss. I wish all wounded a full and speedy recovery.
