The Chechen president, Ramzan Kadyrov, has held a working meeting with the Chechen Republic Minister of Internal Affairs, Ruslan Alkhanov. They discussed a number of tasks facing the Chechen police. In particular, Alkhanov reported on his ministry’s work done for the last half of this year. ‘Liquidation of terrorists’ is the top priority of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs, he added.
Ramzan Kadyrov noted that the officers of the Chechen law enforcement agencies had to have the information about terrorists’ locations, the information about their ‘supporters’ and purposes.
The Chechen president also noted that a lot of people were died because of frequent car accidents in the Chechen Republic.
Ramzan Kadyrov charged TP of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs to develop and take more effective measures against car accidents on the Chechen motorways.
Kadyrov said:
“These drivers do not understand the human language; there are a lot of effective methods to fight against them and we must use these methods.
I will work as a transport policeman if there is any need.”
