 Monday, 6 September, 2010 Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated on Republic’s Day: “Dear compatriots! I congratulate you on Republic’s Day! This day is the notable date in our nation’s new history. In 2002, Akhmat –Hajji Kadyrov, then-head of the Chechen Administration, announced Republic’s Day – September 6th. The Chechen Republic cerebrates its eighth public holiday- Day of Citizens’ Unity- this year. Everything changed for the last eight years in the republic. A lot of different institutions, hospitals, sports centers, houses were built.
Today we can say that this public holiday is a day of our people’s unity.We are ready to develop our republic and do everything for its prosperous future, regardless of our nationality or something else. Please accept my sincere best wishes for this happy Republic’s Day! I wish everybody success and good luck!
