 Chechen Parliament approved Nurdi Nukhazhiev taking his post of Chechen Republic’s Human Rights Representative. This decision was taken by Chechen Parliament on Saturday, May 21. A day before, the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov held a meeting with Nurdi Nukhazhiev who reported Chechen leader on results of his work.
In particular, Nukhazhiev emphasized that the Chechen Republic took first place in the country by its level of considered, investigated and solved official complaints and appeals of the local residents.“70 per cent of legal cases are usually decided in our court. It’s the best result in Russia,”- Nukhazhiev said. Besides it, Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated Nurdi Nukhazhiev on his appointment as chairman of human rights commission of the NCFD. “It’s not easy work to do. I recommended you for this post,”- Ramzan Kadyrov said. In turn, the head of the Chechen Republic noted that Nukhazhiev had been a colleague of the first Chechen Republic president Akhmat-Hajji Kadyrov. Chechen Speaker Dukhuvakha Abdurakhmanov handed Nukhazhiev an official certificate of the Chechen Republic’s Human Rights Representative.
