A plan for the birthday celebration of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) was discussed by the Chechen Republic head Ramzan Kadyrov and members of the OC (Organizing Committee). Among those present were the Chechen Republic Parliament’s chairman Dukhuvakha Abdurakhmanov, deputy

Ramzan Kadyrov said in his opening address that the opportunity to celebrate the Prophet Muhammad’s (s.a.w.) birthday was the mercy of ALLAH. “It’s a great event for our republic and all Muslims of the world. The Chechen Republic must celebrate it at a very high level. Each district of our republic should celebrate this important holy event. Each mosque of the republic should be full of prayers and worships. Each Muslim that wants to drink water from the Prophet Muhammad’s bowl will be given this opportunity these days.” In turn, the Chechen Republic Mufti Sultan Mirzaev reported the Chechen leader on the preparations were being made for the holy event. “Members of the OC worked out a plan of measures to celebrate the Prophet Muhammad’s (s.a.w.) Birthday. According to the plan, celebrations will be started on February 3.” Besides it, Mirzaev informed that thousands of bottles of water from the beloved Prophet Muhammad’s (s.a.w.) bowl would be given to people in the holy days. Notes: The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) was born on the night of 12 Rabi' al-Awwal, the third lunar month.
