“The Chechen Republic is not a leader among those regions which are being subsidized by the Federal Center. The Chechen Republic takes 16th place among grant-maintained regions per capita,”- Ramzan Kadyrov stated in his interview to journalists. «It’s necessary to remember that we started to reborn our republic practically from ashes, we are rebuilding it and reviving social and industrial enterprises and many other objects. However, it’s all the same to some people and that’s why we are still called “one of the regions that are being subsidized most of all’ in Russia,”- the Chechen head said. Ramzan Kadyrov noted that the Federal Center provided funding not specifically to Chechen Republic but to all Russian regions. Moreover, the Chechen leader emphasized that the Chechen Republic extracted oil and the money from its selling were sent to the Federal Center. “I can say for certain that I can give lectures on corruption, terrorism, reconstruction of republic, revival of economy. I became a specialist in these questions because I revived Grozny, Argun, Gudermessky, Vedensky, Shatoisky, Itum-Kalinsky and other districts,”- summarized Kadyrov.
