The Chechen Republic president, Ramzan Kadyrov, has held a working meeting with Musa Eskerkhanov, director of “Grozneftegaz”. A question on the building of OPP (oil-processing plant) in Grozny was discussed at the meeting. Musa Eskerkhanov informed the president of the completion of the company registration. He also informed that a building project of the above-mentioned OPP had been drawn up in compliance with modern safety regulations. Ramzan Kadyrov said that the building of OPP would be an important step towards the local economic development. “It is a large-scale project. This OPP is so important for the Chechen Republic and whole NCFD because it will be able to provide all the neighboring regions with raw materials. That’s why it is necessary to carry out all building work in compliance with modern building and safety regulations,”- Kadyrov added.
